Recoverement

For Club Member, Employee & Trainer

This section applies if you’re a fitness club member, employee, trainer, or contractor with access to other users’ data. You can use this data to assist those users in using the FitX Pro Fitness Club facilities or services. However, you must keep this data confidential and not share it with anyone without FitX Pro Fitness’s approval.
If, for any reason, the data is exposed or disclosed without authorization, whether it’s your fault or not, FitX Pro Fitness may need to inform the affected members and law enforcement. You’ll be held responsible for any losses caused by your actions, whether negligent, intentional, or malicious, violating your responsibilities in this regard.

General Conditions

These Terms of Use are written in English, and English is the language that governs and interprets them.
